Public Craft Brewing in Kenosha offers a wide variety of creative beers, including some unique sours and rotating seasonal options like the Bomb Pop Sour, which I find especially enjoyable. The spacious, remodeled historic building features a large bar, plenty of seating, and fun activities like shuffleboard and trivia nights that make for a lively atmosphere. The food menu has evolved over time with tasty options and the staff consistently provides friendly, attentive service that makes every visit a welcoming experience.

I've tried some interesting beers at Public Craft, like their Bomb Pop Sour, although I felt there could be more consistency overall. The atmosphere during a street fest and inside on a Saturday night was unremarkable, but the spacious layout and food menu make it worth considering a return visit to Public Craft Brewing in Kenosha, earning it four big stars in my book.
