Discovered a brewery in Waukegan during a visit one night amidst tornado warnings, resulting in a less crowded experience. The owner engaged us in conversation about the brewery and the various beers available, making for a pleasant and insightful evening. Enjoyed sampling a few beers, with the Laughing Buddha standing out as a favorite, prompting a desire to return and explore more of their offerings.
