I recently discovered Paradise Coffee Roasters, which has locations in Minneapolis and on the Big Island in Hawaii. Paradise consistently makes it to the top US Coffee Roaster lists, and their coffees are frequently featured in the Top Rated Coffees Section of the "Coffee Review" website. I signed up for their email list to receive deals and took advantage of their Labor Day sale to order some of their highly rated coffees. The shipping was fast, and I was impressed with the quality and taste of the Hawaiian Kona and Nicaraguan Yellow Maracaturra coffees I tried.
