Exploring the night market in the Twin Cities after just moving here was a delightful experience, immersing myself in the vibrant SE Asian/Hmong food and culture celebration. Despite the manageable lines, my favorite finds included the Spinning Wylde treats and foot long egg rolls; it was a shame it only happens twice a year, but I'm already looking forward to returning next year for the full market experience.
