Manager is not a ppl person or a pleaser. Must be mad at life .. every time I go there she is extremely rude. Spoke to management about it and nothing has been done

Manager was extremely rude...we immediatly felt like we were doing something wrong just by being there and asking her to help us! She clearly did not want to be there and did not want us there! Thats 1st issue.......2nd issue~~ why can't we get a blended drink at 7:40 pm????? When I asked the girl at counter why I couldn't have the blended drink I ordered......her response was " we close at 8:00pm".....ummmmmmm my response "ok....thats fine~~ its 7:40pm so you have 20 min" her reasoning was she had to clean blender!! The sign days 8....not 7:40!! Quit being lazy and do your job or do us all a favor and leave....cause no one needs attitude with their coffee😉

Poor service manager looked confused and was yelling felt sorry for employees dunkin was bad enough fix one problem before you create another.
