The food truck behind the Holiday Gas Station serves up amazing smoked chicken with delicious sides at a great value, making it a must-stop for anyone heading north on 169. The brisket tacos may not have been my favorite, but the brisket itself and the sides were excellent; the cilantro slaw and pasta were especially tasty. With the truck only open on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, be sure to check their website for their location - I can't wait to go back for more!
