Coming from the southwest with a Tex-Mex background, I was pleasantly surprised by the phenomenal and unique tacos at Tatanka Truck in downtown Minneapolis, especially enjoying the flavorful bison in the taco combo with chips and salsa, all while appreciating the food truck's Native American ownership and commitment to local, dairy-free ingredients.

Ate at the truck at the Stone Arch Festival. Had a duck taco and a bison taco. Both were lacking in flavor. The salsa was an extra dollar. I bought it just so there was some flavor. The taco 'shell' was the flimsiest flour taco shell I've ever had. What a mess. Not worth the 7.00 @.
