Was ordering breakfast burritos for work crew. Asked that the burritos be cut in half. The answer was no ma'am we don't do that., You can't cut them in half? No ma'am. McDonald's lost not only this sale but future orders from this customer. But I know they don't care because they have enough customers without me.

Given wrong order 2 days in a row...RUDE young lady in 2nd drive thru window..
