Just took a drive into Ennis for a delicious cup of coffee and bagel. It's about 40 miles from where we live, so a round trip makes it an 80-mile coffee run. The owner is always friendly and makes a mean garlic bagel breakfast sandwich. Barb's bagel shop is a gem for a quick bite and caffeine fix in Ennis.
