While out in Elburn today, I discovered a cafe and sandwich shop with bread that had a perfect chew, making my Yardbird sandwich with herby chicken salad, bacon, lettuce, and tomato absolutely delicious. The iced vanilla latte was great, the service friendly and fast, and although the space was cozy, it didn't feel cramped, making it a spot I'll definitely visit again when I'm out west.
