There's a new spot in Elmhurst that used to be something else. My daughter and I discovered Tropical Sno and were pleasantly surprised by the delicious snow cones. The flavors were vibrant and the ice was perfectly fluffy, making it a refreshing treat. We'll definitely be back to try more flavors with the family.
