My experience trying Korean food for the first time at Yum Dum Truck was delightful, with the baos and spicy cheesy rice balls standing out as particularly delicious. Despite a long wait at Taste of Chicago, the exceptional fried chicken bao I savored made the experience worthwhile, earning Yum Dum Truck a well-deserved 5-star rating from me.
