After switching from Walmart's and Thomas English muffins due to rising costs, I found Bay's English Muffins to be the best I've ever had-crispy on the outside, soft inside, perfectly split without crumbling, and with evenly sized nooks and crannies, though I'm surprised they can't slice them more evenly since the top half is often very thin and burns easily when toasted.

I experienced an issue with a package of Bay's English Muffins, specifically missing half of a muffin, and I need to know who to contact regarding this. After switching from Walmart's and Thomas' brands due to rising costs, I discovered Bay's English Muffins and found them to be exceptional with their crispy exterior and soft interior, leading me to prefer them for all my sandwiches.
