I'm so grateful to our parent committee for organizing a fantastic teacher appreciation lunch featuring the Chicago Lunchbox Food Truck! The salt and pepper tofu bowl was exceptional, with perfectly fried tofu and a delicious sauce, and I can't wait to enjoy their food again in the future!
