I had to wait longer than expected at The Sausage Syndicate food truck, but the Big Newton sandwich I finally got was worth it. The combination of apple and pork sausage, cheddar cheese, bacon, and rosemary garlic aioli was a winner. The variety of sausages and sides, along with the unique 1930s gangster theme, made it a fun experience despite the slightly higher prices.
