When I discovered Entre's presence at LouFest, I was pleasantly surprised to find the renowned gourmet restaurant had ventured into the mobile catering scene. Their menu boasted a tantalizing 80/20 beef and ground bacon burger on a brioche bun, alongside other delectable offerings such as Bahn Mi and Thai Chicken Salad. Despite my initial hesitation, I found myself thoroughly impressed by the flavorful burger, accompanied by piping hot and perfectly seasoned fries, making me regret not trying their acclaimed Poutine. The exceptional quality of the food, coupled with the friendly and attentive service, left me hopeful for Entre's success in the competitive food truck industry.
