The lounge is small and can get crowded, but it offers a variety of grab-and-go food options and a working Illy coffee machine, which made for a pleasant and quiet waiting experience. The staff are exceptionally friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to help with anything needed. Although the size and limited food options kept me from giving it a perfect rating, I appreciated the clean facilities, good wifi, and convenient location near the United gates.

It's a quiet spot to relax before your flight, with friendly staff and various grab-and-go options available.
