The food and drinks at American Tap are consistently enjoyable, with highlights including the southwest egg rolls and breakfast burger, and the extensive draft beer selection adds to the experience. The staff, especially Antonio and Courtney, provide attentive and friendly service despite occasional management challenges that affect wait times. While the atmosphere is generally welcoming and clean, some aspects like the parking lot and bathroom maintenance could be improved.

American Tap offers a fantastic dining experience with delicious food, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere suitable for all adult patrons. The diverse selection of draft beers and libations, along with the friendly and attentive staff, make for an enjoyable visit. Despite some minor issues such as long wait times due to understaffing, the overall quality of the food, service, and ambiance makes it a recommended choice for a casual night out or game night with friends.
