Last summer, the boy and I headed to Chicago for the Pitchfork festival but had to bail on the first night due to the scorching heat. Luckily, we met up with a friend of a friend who introduced us to the Handle Bar for dinner and then whisked us off to El Rincon Del Amor, which turned out to be the highlight of our trip. Despite its unassuming exterior and the need to ring a doorbell for entry, the warm welcome we received inside, along with endless rounds of Corona and impromptu dance lessons, made for an unforgettable and hilarious night out.
