Ice cream that makes your taste buds dance and popcorn so good it comes in flavors like caramel and cheese - talk about a treat! The owner is as lovely as the portions are generous, and I always leave with a smile after indulging in those Pepsi Sno-Balls. Sure, the place may have a bit of character, but it's a cherished local treasure that never fails to deliver on nostalgia and deliciousness!

I requested a large bag of popcorn expecting and assuming it would be freshly made within a 2 hours or more recent. I put it in a plastic bag when I arrived home in hopes to keep it fresh from humidity and air. I tasted it later that day and found it soft not crunchy or fresh to the taste. I wrote a letter to the owner and manager and they chose not to care enough about customers satisfaction or input. I've only stopped at Topper Popper at most 4 times. I'll never go back. O RATINGS and NO STAR WASN'T AN OPTION.
