For years, I'd swing by that coffee spot in NOLA, proudly sporting my original Spitfire logo tee. Back in the day, it stood as the lone joint of its kind in the Quarter, brewing up real espresso and single origin beans that made the trek from the Sheraton on Canal totally worth it. It's a tiny joint, but man, that Cortado was the bomb - a must-hit when strolling through the French Quarter.
