Horrible experience. I ordered a plain shrimp po boy. Once I got home I noticed that the po boy had been fully dressed with mayo, lettuce, tomatoes and pickles. I immediately called them. They admitted that had makes it incorrectly. They said that I could come in the next day. When I attempted to call in my order- they said that I needed to bring the previous one back. I asked- from yesterday morning??? She said yes- my son had tossed it. When I got home- I told her that we could bring it out the trash can- she said we won't accept it back- I was confused- are you going to serve it to someone or just verify that it was made incorrectly. Bad customer service with a terrible attitude
