I visited this cozy spot on a Saturday during KC Restaurant Week for lunch, eager to finally sample the unique offerings. The atmosphere in River Market is always bustling with activity, but it was my first time indulging in the delicacies offered here. The simplicity of the menu belies the intriguing options available, such as the innovative tenderloin and burger combination, and the adventurous pig snoot.
