I've been driving three hours one way since week one just to soak in the authentic vibes, from the sizzling sounds to the mouthwatering smells that teleport me straight to Quan Loi village. The pho here still reigns supreme in KC, with the lemongrass pork broth in the bun bo hue and those sweet potato fries with shrimp keeping me hooked year after year.
