My husband and I absolutely love this pasta! The basil garlic fettuccine is our favorite, but all the varieties are exceptional. I've had great success making mac and cheese with their habanero fusilli and my lasagna recipe truly shines with their basil garlic lasagna pasta. The only downside is that they haven't made their way to a Houston-based farmer's market yet, but you can find them at Central Market for better deals than on their website.
