I recently discovered the most amazing chocolate made from raw cacao, agave nectar, and natural ingredients by Elaine and Rosita from Riverside Botanicals. It's dairy-free, gluten-free, and comes in delicious flavors like INCA with cocoa nibs and coconut. I keep it in the fridge or freezer to prevent anyone else from snatching it away.
