The Rice University coffee shop inside the student building offers affordable coffee and food that provide sustenance, with a cozy interior and friendly student/staff atmosphere. It's a popular spot for Rice students, although parking can be challenging for non-students. The drinks range from hit or miss, but favorites like the Nutty Bee and Matcha Freeze are consistently good, and the service, despite occasional long waits, is friendly and efficient.
