I tried some delicious pulled pork and polenta from a food tent at the Downtown Houston Farmers Market. The pork came from a local farm between Houston and Austin, and was served in tender, juicy chunks on top of flavorful polenta with a sprinkle of cheese. I also enjoyed a refreshing vegetable/fruit juice made with squash, pineapple, and honey. Even though the food was not freshly made, it still tasted fresh and delicious, making me want to return for more from Greenhouse.
