I usually go for the potato, bacon, and egg tacos or the carne guisada, but last Sunday I tried the barbacoa at Porras since they ran out of fajita, and it was delicious! The barbacoa was so lean, flavorful, and hardly any fat - I was pleasantly surprised. Can't wait to go back for their migas plate in a couple of weeks!
