I've visited this food truck three times and every meal has been consistently impressive. The beef dish is rich with cracked peppercorns and salt, creating a delicious flavor profile. My current favorite is the Huckleberry, a generously portioned dish featuring smoked sausage on top of either seasoned pulled pork or brisket - the pork version is my personal preference, while my friend enjoyed the brisket option. Be sure to keep an eye out for this mobile eatery as they may change locations frequently.
