The sweetbread taco with grilled onions and hot sauce at this place in Laredo is seriously one of the best things I've ever tasted. The tacos are fried to perfection and the seasoning is on point, making them incredibly tasty. Pair it with a small corn or a tostada de Siberia, then finish off with a fresh raspa - pineapple is my go-to flavor.
