Despite a hiccup with the online order lacking a message option, the customer service team promptly responded to my email and ensured my personalized message was included, going above and beyond by making a second delivery attempt when my daughter wasn't initially home. The cupcakes, adorned with cute decorations and boasting delicious flavors, were a hit and the overall ordering experience was convenient, though improved communication regarding order status would have been appreciated.
