I really miss Ice Scrapers since leaving Austin after graduation and finding them closed for the season. My favorite was their s'mores rolled ice cream - not too sweet, perfectly balanced, and made right in front of you at their food truck in the UT Co-op Food Court. Can't wait to go back for another delicious treat and maybe try watching them roll the ice cream this time!
