Bob's is a food truck in Denver known for its delicious BBQ offerings, particularly the Brisket Sandwich and Sweet Potato fries. The bun was perfectly toasted, the fries were cooked just right and seasoned to perfection, and the brisket had a nice smoky flavor complemented by the Kansas City-style sauce. I'll definitely be returning to Bob's, not just for the great food, but also because the owner is a genuinely nice guy. You can easily find Bob's location on his website, which makes it convenient to satisfy your BBQ cravings.
