My husband and I discovered The Dog Spot at the Cherry Creek Farmers Market and decided to try their bratwurst offerings. The grilled flatbread they use instead of traditional buns was a delicious twist on a classic. The owner mentioned he'll be experimenting with new combinations, so I'm looking forward to trying more of their menu in the future.
