So, last week while driving back from Snowy, I needed some coffee to keep me going. I stopped at a spot in Laramie, but it wasn't that good. On my way out, I spotted this cute roadside coffee stand in Centennial and decided to give it a try. Let me tell you, the Carmel Macchiato I ordered was on fire - not literally, but it was piping hot and delicious. My daughter got a hot chocolate and she said it was the best she ever had. If you're ever passing by the area, make sure to swing by and grab a drink! The Coffee Corral might be small, but they make some seriously good drinks and treats. Donna, the owner, is super friendly and really cares about the community. It's so convenient to have a great coffee spot on your way up to the mountains. Check it out if you're in the area - you won't be disappointed!
