I'm usually not a fan of cubanos, but when a guy in a food truck insisted I try one, I decided to trust him. To my surprise, it turned out to be the best cubano I've ever had, packed with all the right flavors and textures. The food truck experience was fantastic overall, with other dishes like the shrimp and andouille po'boy and the beet burger impressing me just as much.
