Wiley Roots Brewery in Colorado offers an impressive variety of beers, ranging from dark stouts and porters to unique smoothie and fruited sours, with knowledgeable and friendly staff who provide excellent recommendations. The indoor and outdoor seating areas are spacious and welcoming, and special touches like discounted "train beers" and the presence of a friendly bar cat add to the enjoyable atmosphere.
