The breakfast burritos and other Northern New Mexican dishes here are delicious, generously sized, freshly made to order with authentic flavors like red and green chile, served quickly by friendly staff at great prices in a clean, cash-only food truck just off US 68 near Taos, making it an ideal stop for a satisfying meal before heading south.

Hey there! Had a killer breakfast burrito this morning - it was huge, flavorful, and didn't break the bank. Ate at a local joint on my way to Santa Fe called Taos Chicharron - killer burritos and tortas, and the service is quick. They only take cash, but it's worth the stop for some authentic Northern New Mexican grub.
