Hey there! So, there's this awesome food truck near the distillery in Palisade that serves up some killer burgers. They're a bit on the pricier side, but hey, you're paying for quality and that personal touch. I'm all about their grain-free options - they even wrapped my burger in lettuce for me. Plus, they deliver right to your table or you can grab your order to go. It's a cool spot to chill, especially if you're not into hanging out inside the distillery. Definitely worth a visit!
