If guests are in town, skipping breakfast cooking and grabbing a quiche from Windy Ridge is such a win-just pop it in the oven, and it's delicious every time. On a bike ride in Park City, I grabbed a ham and cheese croissant and a chocolate croissant; both were flaky and tasty, and the friendly staff made the whole experience even better.
