I can only assume that Popo's food quality is reflected in their 3.5-star rating, as I have yet to try it myself, but I did enjoy their bubble tea. The variety of flavors, add-ins, sweetness levels, and milk options on their menu was appreciated. However, the ambiance of the restaurant wasn't particularly inviting, which is why I deducted a star.
