If you've spent time around Utah County, you've probably come across Beto's/Rancherito's. It's a local taqueria chain that serves up classic taqueria dishes like burritos, nachos, and carne asada fries. The portions are generous, the food can be a bit greasy, but it's reliable. This spot offers good combo deals and a convenient drive-thru, making it a solid choice when you're craving some Mexican grub. My go-to orders are usually the California Burrito or Texano, but last time, my wife and I shared a massive plate of super nachos that was loaded with toppings - almost too much so. It could have used a bit more chips, but at around $8, we left feeling satisfied and full.
