When I travel to new places, I always seek out breweries offering sour beers, and I was thrilled to discover a brewery in SLC with an impressive selection. The brewery had three sour beers on draft and an extensive range of sours in cans, which pleasantly surprised me. I enjoyed a flight of four beers, including a Plum Berliner Weiss and a Huckleberry Sour Ale, with the Strawberry Lemon Slurry standing out as my favorite for its distinct flavors.
