The tacos here are some of the best in the West Valley, featuring handmade tortillas and flavorful meats like carne asada, cabeza, and al pastor. Although the food truck has a modest setup with limited parking on the southwest corner of 35th Avenue, the service is quick, friendly, and the quality of the food consistently impresses. Be sure to bring cash, as it is the only accepted payment method, and expect authentic Mexican flavors that keep me and my family coming back regularly.

These tacos are legit, especially the cabeza and chicharron - so delicious! The food truck may not be the fanciest, but let me tell you, the grub is darn good! Just a heads up, the tables might be a bit dirty, but with the crowd they draw in, it's no surprise. But hey, the flavors are on point, so it's worth the visit!
