The fry bread tacos here are incredibly large, fluffy, and flavorful, making for a satisfying and unique meal that's worth the wait despite how quickly they sell out. The prickly pear lemonade is refreshingly delicious, served in a large Mason jar that adds a nice touch to the experience. The owners are kind and welcoming, creating a warm atmosphere that makes me want to return whenever the truck comes around.

I work at PIMC and whenever the Emerson Fry Bread truck rolls around, the food goes fast! The Navajo Taco I had was massive and incredibly delicious, especially when paired with their amazing Prickly Pear Lemonade.
