Goldwater Brewing Co. in Old Town Scottsdale offers seriously good beer with a comfortable, laid-back vibe, especially enjoyable on a cool desert evening with the garage doors open to let in the sounds of the street. Their Hop Chowda IPA and Machine Gun Teddy are standout brews, and the friendly, knowledgeable staff make every visit feel welcoming-just keep in mind it's right across from the police station, so best to keep it chill.
