The delivery was prompt and the food arrived still warm. The starter of Brussels sprouts was surprisingly generous in portion size. The chicken and sausage gumbo had a nice level of spiciness and wasn't overly salty, although the paper bowl it came in started to get soggy. The breakfast buffet at the hotel offered a wide variety of delicious options, including made-to-order Belgian waffles and a diverse selection of pastries and breakfast meats. The service was satisfactory, but the standout was the quality and range of food available. Enjoy a satisfying meal at 8 Block for breakfast, with something to please every palate on their extensive buffet spread.
