Tommy, the bartender at the Hotel Indigo, truly elevates the experience with his expertly crafted cocktails that hit all the right notes. My team and I were drawn down to the bar by the enticing aroma of his creations, and we were delighted with the perfectly balanced lemon drop martinis that left us wanting more.
