Anthony's mixology skills completely changed my perception of Guinness, as he crafted three different Guinness-based drinks that I genuinely enjoyed despite usually disliking it. The carrot-based cocktail he made tasted like a milkshake, and his hurricanes, made with real fruit juice, were by far the best I've had from several bars we tried. The atmosphere felt welcoming and relaxed, with friendly service and great food-especially the burgers-which made it easy for our group to settle in and enjoy a memorable afternoon together.
